The tenth edition of the Pastaria Festival, the annual training and professional refresher event for the international pasta manufacturing sector, organised by the trade magazine Pastaria (in liaison with associations, universities, companies and experts), will take place on the same days as Fiera Pastaria, in a dedicated area inside Stazione Leopolda.
The Pastaria Festival offers participants a full programme of conferences, seminars and presentations on the pasta manufacturing business.
All conferences are simultaneously translated into English.
Participation in the Pastaria Festival is free of charge and reserved for pasta producers holding a valid entry ticket. Attendance is limited.
To take part in the Pastaria Festival, it is necessary to request a ticket for Fiera Pastaria & Festival 2026 (this is a single ticket that grants access to both the exhibition area of the Fair and the conference area of the Festival).
Tickets are reserved for pasta producers. Each request will be subject to verification and approval by the Organizing Committee.
Registration and participation in Fiera Pastaria & Festival will not be permitted for anyone operating in competition with the Organization.
