The eighth edition of the Pastaria Festival, the annual training and professional refresher event for the international pasta manufacturing sector, organised by the trade magazine Pastaria (in liaison with associations, universities, companies and experts), will take place on the same days as Fiera Pastaria, in a dedicated area inside Stazione Leopolda.

The Pastaria Festival offers participants a full programme of conferences, seminars and presentations on the pasta manufacturing business.

All conferences are simultaneously translated into English.

Participation in the Pastaria Festival is by invitation and reserved for pasta manufacturers. Places are limited.

If you are a pasta manufacturer and haven’t received an invitation to the Pastaria Festival, ask for one from the leading suppliers of machinery, equipment, accessories, ingredients and services for pasta manufacturing.

If you are unable to find an invitation, you can still try to register free of charge (PLATINUM entrance ticket, see below). Your registration will be checked and subject to approval by the Organisation.

To access the Pastaria Festival area it is necessary to register, choosing the PLATINUM entrance, which also gives you the right to visit the exhibition spaces of Fiera Pastaria.
The PLATINUM entrance is the only one that allows you to participate in the Pastaria Festival.
Registration can be done exclusively online on this platform, up to the day before the event, and while places are full.
Registration (reserved for pasta producers) will be subject to checks and subject to approval by the Organization.
Anyone operating in competition with the Organization will not be permitted to register and participate in the Festival.
It will not be possible to register for the Pastaria Festival on the days of the event.
Note: the GOLD and SILVER entrances that allow you to visit Fiera Pastaria do not give access to the Pastaria Festival conference area.
