Fiera Pastaria will be held on 30 and 31 March 2026 at Stazione Leopolda in Florence, Viale Fratelli Rosselli 5.

 

Opening hours

Monday, 30 March: 9.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.

Tuesday, 31 March: 9.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.

Entrances

Admission to Fiera Pastaria is free and reserved for pasta producers, with mandatory registration.

Pasta producers (and only they) may also register on-site during the event (a valid ID and business card will be required). However, we strongly recommend pre-registering in advance to avoid queues at the registration desks.
All other industry professionals (suppliers of machinery, ingredients, and services) are advised to attend the event only after requesting and receiving an entry ticket (please note that passes are limited in this case) by contacting the organizers at +39 (0)521 1564934 or by email at info@fierapastaria.com.
Entry is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18.
